A website that keeps earning its keep.
Your website is the one employee that works every night, every weekend and every holiday. The Care Plan keeps it fast, keeps it found, and hands you one page a month showing exactly what it brought in.
Hosting included. Updates included. Changes included. Report included. No setup fee, no minimum term, no notice period. One number that covers the lot, so there is never a surprise invoice for something you assumed was already handled.
Every plan starts with a short call. Not a sales script — I want to have seen your site and understood your practice before you pay for anything. Leave a message whenever suits your timezone and we will find a moment.
Every month it gets a little faster, a little more visible, and a little better at converting.
Three things you get back, every single month.
A site that stays quick is a site people stay on. We measure your mobile loading time every month and keep working it down, because that number decides how many visitors are still there when your booking button appears.
Search engines reward sites that are maintained and quietly demote the ones that are not. Every month your site is updated, checked and improved, so the trend goes the right way instead of drifting.
One page a month showing where your visitors came from and what they searched for. That is the difference between guessing where your clients come from and knowing it.
Six things, one price, nothing billed separately.
Hosting, on our own stack
Your site runs on the managed server we use for every client, with a daily backup kept for thirty days and an SSL certificate that renews itself. No second hosting bill from a company you have never spoken to, and no renewal you forgot about taking your site offline on a Sunday.
Updates, and the check afterwards
WordPress, plugins and themes get updated, and then we open the site and confirm it still works. That second half is the part that is normally skipped, and it is the reason most owners are quietly afraid to press update themselves.
Changes, without asking permission
New opening hours, a price that moved, a paragraph that reads wrong, a photo swap, a new testimonial, an extra service. Send it by WhatsApp and it is live, usually the same day. No quote, no ticket, no invoice.
A monthly report you will actually read
One page in plain language, not a dashboard login you never open. It tells you what your site did and what to do about it, and it takes about two minutes.
AI visibility check
People increasingly ask ChatGPT or Google's AI answer for a recommendation instead of scrolling a results page. We check that your practice is described correctly when they do, and fix the structured data behind it when it is not. This is the referral channel nobody is watching yet.
Someone who picks up
You message one person, who already knows how your site was built, because he built it. If something is actually broken it jumps the queue, whatever else was scheduled that day.
One page. Four numbers. Something you can act on.
Most agency reports are built to prove work was done. This one is built so you can decide something after reading it. It is also the part clients tell us they would miss most.
- How many people came, and from where. Search, social, direct, or a link somewhere else. When one channel starts carrying your practice, you can lean into it on purpose instead of by accident.
- What they typed to find you. Straight from Google Search Console, including the searches where you sit just off the first page. Those are the cheapest wins available to you, and they change every month.
- What they did once they arrived. Which pages they read, and where they stopped. That is where the next small change comes from, and it is included.
- How fast your site loaded, on a phone. Written down as a number, so you can watch it move rather than take our word for it.
€149 a month is less than one session.
For most practices the whole plan costs less than a single appointment. If a maintained, faster, better-found site brings you one extra client a month, it has paid for itself, and everything after that is yours.
For comparison: agencies in this niche in the US and UK typically charge $150 to $200 a month for care alone, usually on top of a platform fee that never ends and a site you cannot take with you. Here, hosting is in the price and the site is yours from day one.
The questions people actually ask.
What counts as an included change?
Text, prices, opening hours, photos, testimonials, links, form fields, a new service in the list. In practice: anything that is not a new page or a redesign. If a request turns out to be bigger than that, we tell you first and give you a price. You will never find it on an invoice afterwards.
Is there a limit to how much I can ask?
There is no stopwatch. The guide is about an hour a month, and if you go over it in a busy month we do it anyway. Nobody wants an argument about eleven minutes.
Can I cancel?
At the end of any month, just by saying so. No notice period, no exit fee. We help you move the site to your own hosting, and the domain was always in your name. The plan has to be worth keeping every month, which is rather the point.
What if my site goes down?
We are notified and we restore from the most recent daily backup. In practice it is rare, because most outages come from a skipped update or an expired certificate, and preventing exactly those two things is what this plan does all month.
Does it work on a site you did not build?
Often yes. We take a look first and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining as it stands or whether you would get more from a rebuild. Either way you get a straight answer before you pay anything.
Does this include email?
Your business email keeps working and we handle the DNS behind it. We do not resell mailboxes, so if you need new ones we set them up with a provider directly rather than put a margin on top.
It starts with a call, not a checkout.
Tell me about your practice, whenever suits your timezone, and we plan a short call. If the Care Plan is not the right fit, you will hear that on the call too — or run the free check first and bring the report.
