What you want to know up-front.
Are there extra costs beyond the package price? +
None that we hide. Hosting (~€30/mo on your own Cloudways account) and your domain name (~€12/yr) are separate. Beyond that: no plugin fees, no voucher codes, no "premium" tier.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Custom? +
Yes. If you want more later, we build on top of your Starter site. No restart, you keep content and hosting. We credit your Starter investment against the Custom track.
What if I want changes after launch? +
Starter includes 30 days of support for small tweaks. Custom includes 60 days. After that: hourly rate (€85/hr) or a maintenance plan from €200/mo.
How quickly can we start? +
SMB Starter: usually live within 1 week after intake. Custom: typically 4–8 weeks from strategy session. We work on max 2–3 projects at a time to keep quality high.
Is VAT included in the prices? +
No. All listed prices are excl. 21% VAT (Dutch BTW). For EU businesses with valid VAT-ID we apply reverse-charge. For sole proprietors and SMBs the VAT is deductible.
