The problem
The redesign had to strip everything that stood between the visitor and "does this fit my venue and my date". At the same time the site needed the structure that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, because that is where event planners increasingly start.
What we built
- A redesign focused on the one question every visitor has, with sizes, logistics and contact within a single scroll.
- Clean, machine-readable structure: proper headings, structured data, fast pages.
- Direct lines to a human, because event planning is a phone business the moment details get real.
What happened
A customer told them they were recommended by ChatGPT when asking where to rent a dance floor. That does not happen by luck: it happens when a site states plainly what the business does, for whom, and where.
